Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Princess & Co Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Princess & Co Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
