Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if:

  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order arrives damaged.
  • Your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellations
